Not really a secret desire at all, but when the 160GB version of the Intel x18m drive comes out, I am going to be all over it. Laptop-sized drive that's faster than the fastest desktop hard drive, silent, energy efficient, and shock resistant? Yesplz.

first of all: i have an Australian Shepherd, she'd be fine.
second of all: obviously, i would bolt everything to the floor that i didn't want floating around. also, things would be bolted to ceiling/walls as necessary.
see? it's perfect. also; i could invite people over who didn't know about it, put on some ankle weights or something under my pants, and slowly reduce the gravity when they weren't looking to freak them out.
they'd be all "did i just get lighter?" and i'd be all "naw"
