im glad i forgot about them until i started thinking hard about about bands that stopped existing.

Sum 41 were not terrible and rather catchy.

They appeared to be huge douchebags but one would expect no less from a 90s pop punk band. Then the main douchebag married Avril Lavigne and I don't think they've put out anything since.

idk for me that one ethnic guitarist...hispanic,black, indian, whatever he was, was probably their only redeaming quality he was a great guitarist ill give them that. from what i remember, now its been atleast 7 years since ive given them serious consideration, but i feel like bassist was just trying to be Sid Vicious way too hard.

im sad people bashed Deep Blue Something so hard on this post.
as bad as that song is, its catchy as hell and itll be in your head for days.

Oh wow I had totally forgotten about that Greg Graffin scandal. As far as I know, it's not fake, and he hasn't been arrested because he didn't actually do anything illegal. I never really heard any followup after the initial shitstorm of hilarity, though, so who knows. Snopes doesn't have anything on it and neither does the wiki page about Graffin.

Same as I am now, 6'0 and 130lbs. Heh, did I ever tell you the story about how a psychologist decided (solely on my weight alone, without ever talking to me about anything) that I was underweight and had an eating disorder, and she forced me into getting blood work done to prove that I was malnourished from such a thing?

She shut her hole when my cholesterol came back as being somewhere around 206.

I liked their first 3 albums =\. Oh well. They do suck something awful now...

Anyway, hmmm. I can't remember if anyone brought up Blink 182 yet, but they certainly deserve to burn in bad, forgotten music hell. And they can take Lenny Kravitz, Jimmy Eat World, and (hopefully, soon, please god) The Dropkick Murphys with them.

i so badly want to kill you right now. kravitz, fair enough. blink and dkm, i disagree but i can understand, but JIMMY EAT WORLD?!?!?! yes they've gone a bit soft, but of all the bands of their ilk, they seem the most honest and passionate.
