Fun Stuff > CHATTER
Tell me about your Tabletop gamings of recent.
Drill King:
I used to do a ton of DnD stuff when I was about sixteen, now I play an 'online tabletop' over skype with a couple buddies. If you're famillar with the risus rule style it pretty much eliminates munchkins/stat players and forces people into roleplaying it's great! I'm currently in a futuristic mercenary one, where I play a really clingy addict that is a fantastic albeit a bit 'heavy footed' get away driver, also useful as a 'seductress'. I play in a fantasy campaign as well, where I play a nervous and super insecure, stereotypical girl that can turn into a cat essentially, she's evolved into a magic user though. And then finally I play a pirates campaign where I play a snooty ambassador from this fantasy/pirate world's version of egypt/greece kinda combo.
I also GM! I GM a steampunk campaign, currently my hapless players are about to discover that poor London is under and unfortunate curse, it will be excellent.

At first glance at this term, I thought of that Steve Jackson game
jhocking:
The Steve Jackson game is a parody of the term I was using. Basically it means... well go read 8-Bit Theater; Red Mage is a munchkin.
KickThatBathProf:
Ah, well that clears it up then
Drill King:
Munchkin the game is actually pretty funny.
