For those of us in the US, this movie's known as 'Cemetery Man' over here. While I don't think it holds a candle to Shaun of the Dead, Dawn of the Dead or 28 Days Later, it's a pretty damn solid movie. Incredibly funny, too.

Dimmukane:
You have to understand, I was exceptionally stoned when I first watched that movie.  Plus I thought Rupert Everett played his part perfectly, and Gnaghi was such an interesting sidekick, zombie movie or no.  And She (the character) was hot.

I put this over other zombie movies because it was really unique.  I don't think there has been or will be any other movies like it.

Whereas those three movies are really good, they aren't as different.

KickThatBathProf:
1987 - Full Metal Jacket
1988 - Akira
1989 - Do the Right Thing
1990 - Jacob's Ladder
1991 - The Silence of the Lambs
1992 - Reservoir Dogs
1993 - Searching for Bobby Fischer
1994 - The Shawshank Redemption
1995 - Se7en
1996 - Fargo
1997 - Princess Mononoke
1998 - The Big Lebowski
1999 - American Beauty
2000 - Requiem for a Dream
2001 - Donnie Darko
2002 - Spirited Away
2003 - Mystic River
2004 - Shaun of the Dead
2005 - Proof
2006 - Pan's Labyrinth
2007 - The Diving Bell and the Butterfly
2008 - The Dark Knight

That's pretty much it

Anyways. This thread makes me feel better, because most of the people posting so far are older than me. Paging Paul or Eric to this thread. Paul or Eric to this thread, please.

Back in my day we didn't have the motion picture shows.
If we wanted a show we went down to the docks and....perhaps this story isn't for young ears.

Actually I am considering doing this except there the little problem that I haven't much of a movie goer for the past oh 15 years or so.
Where are y'all getting your list of movies?

In any event it will probably start with:
1963 - It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
