The best one I saw was a nearly exact duplicate of a photo from a Frederick's of Hollywood catalog of a girl in a PVC strappy teddy, except her skin was green.

It was meant to be a visual metaphor or pun, but ok

The armorsmith who made it is from from England. He apparently also does plate stilettos/sabatons (yes, they are articulated):

Honestly, aside from the "breast plate" it looks pretty reasonable considering women's armor in so many games and fantasy works cover less body than many swimsuits...
