I can't make that work.  I know the effect requires keeping the eyes still, which is harder without a clear point of reference - but even putting the mouse pointer in the middle and focussing on that I don't get any particular result in this case.

My cat had developed "reverse sneezes" in her last year or so of life. Her head would involuntarily twitch up and back as if she was trying to hold back a sneeze. Vet said it was possibly a sign of allergies.
