I guess I find it less impressive that it changes rhythms given that 'Buffalo Bill' does as well. Man half the damn songs on that albums are about characters with stupid shit names.

Wait, what? Is that what they're trying to do?

Maybe not reggae per se, but you seriously don't hear the accent? They even got sued by a black guy they knew because the titular phrase is something he would say in day to day life.
