So I'm quitting smoking

So on Thursday, without any deliberate fanfare to myself, I had my last cigarette. And I've not smoked since, or bought any, or really even thought about it that much.
I think I might have kind of quietly just given up.

I've been smoking at my usual rate again lately. I'm sick again though. This time I'm resolving to not have cigarettes anymore. I just had the last cig out of my pack, and it gave me a headrush and I feel ill and need to lay down. Fuck this feeling. This is what cigarettes give me. It's disgusting. It's slowly killing my voice. It's half of why I'm sick again. It's why I'm so god damn skinny. It's why I'm broke all the time. I'm fucking sick of smoking.
