Most rollers will start buzzing at some point, the best solution is to replace it really, or if you need it short term, some super glue?

Detachable Felix:
I'm looking for a mid-range hollowbody electric - can anyone reccommend a good starting brand (that I can then mod to oblivion)?

Epiphone dot? Or if you have a little more to spend, an Epi 339. Mine is a Tanglewood Memphis (posted above somewhere), but they're out of production and I can't speak for the replacements, but it's more guitar than £100 deserves to buy.

If you have a little more, a Hagstrom Viking. Make it a baritone  ^-^

My budget for this is about $850AU, so I could probably afford to go better than the Epis. Unfortunately Hagstroms would have to be purchased from overseas and then shipped here, and I've always made a rule about testing guitars before I buy them.. Any other suggestions?  :-)

$850AU? Dude, you could totally get a Fender Starcaster for that right? I bloody love their shape, and I've seen a few decent demo's on youtube.
