Apparently she's 6' and some change and size 14. I have no idea what that means in women's clothing sizes. My last serious girlfriend wore clothes from a 0 to a 6 depending on store. '

I don't actually know the technical definition of 'plus size' but one can easily be a size 16 on the hips with a figure like that, my ex girlfriend was pushing six feet and she was a size 16 but you'd never know that because it was only in her hips.

I think they just need to get rid of all of these ridiculous sizes and have a mandated standard size for every store.. I've seen people that are like size 0 in one store but then like a size 6 or so in another store..

A kill date next to the recommended "use by" date sounds brilliant actually.

This was a barn in my home town of Colorado Springs, it got torn down recently but it was really the coolest thing, every couple of months or once a year at a stretch the owners would paint it something new or invite a student group in to paint it.

Maybe some people get grossed out and become vegetarians, but a LOT of people realize that factory-farmed meat is from animals that were killed months ago and as a result buy more organic. Everyone wins.

True. Much as I love meat, I find 'factory-farmed' meat to be unethical, so yes, I am somewhat of a hypocrite for still eating it. I do remember one dinner conversation a couple years ago where the topic was hunting, and one guy was talking about how cruel and barbaric it is...while he was eating a porterhouse. After he made his points, I pretty much just nodded and asked him how his steak was.

He never picked up on what I was getting at.

So you've all probably heard of the Wikipedia philosophy thing, where clicking on the first link in an article (that's not in italics or parenthesis) will always cause you to end up on the article for philosophy.

I HAVE FOUND AN EXCEPTION. If you end up at Public company or Public limited company you will become stuck in a loop.

I clicked on Random Article and got 1975–76 Greek Cup > Greek Cup > OPAP > Public company > Public limited company > Public company.

Because public company is a broad term, there are presumably lots of ways to end up there. Maybe I should fix this.
