Senpai is someone senior to you in the field being considered - not a teacher, though (that's Sensei). So, other pupils in a higher grade, work colleagues with more experience - i.e. people you look up to. The "n" sounds as "m" when spoken.

I'm looking at the code, and apparently it tries to guess where you are based on your IP address, and gives you Paris if it fails.

edit -- Just for the heck of it, I modified the code to make a version that gives Norman, Oklahoma if it fails.

edit -- and yes, the weather here today is NICE. Not so much for tomorrow's forecast, though...

I honestly think you could track the nexus of that particular movement/sub-culture to that movie and a few heavily other anthromorphic films that all came out around that same time period.
