Thank you. I was wondering what that was about. All I could think of was that 100 years was long enough to accumulate an impressive number of spiders in the basement.

Ah yes, now you come to mention it...

Also, re: "100 years old" I live in a house that was built (some of it) while Mozart was still alive.
(OK, the Massachusetts residents aren't impressed.)

When your part of the country (or, in my case, state) wasn't much of anything 100 years ago, it's impressive.
