I suffer from bouts of pretty heavy duty vertigo but that pretty much means I'm virtually immune to shit like that video now.

I think most of you have no idea what vertigo is. It has nothing to do with height.

I was diagnosed with chronic vertigo after a concussion. You know the dizzy feeling you get when you stand up too quickly? It's that, but many times a day, often for no reason.

The biggest problem for me is being a passenger in a car. I think it has to do with my mind perceiving the movement, without my body doing anything to make it. As I'm fine when I'm driving, or when I turn the air conditioner on at high levels. I can't watch 3D movies, or sit off axis to the screen at a movie theater. It can also be set off by caffeine or stress or if I'm really angry.

I personally have never experienced any problems with heights. Though, I'm sure some people do. My reason for bringing it up is that often times people mistake acrophobia with vertigo. So when I tell them I have vertigo, they just think I'm scared of heights.

Yeah, I just have the occasional bout with benign positional vertigo, which is due to having some shit in your inner ear coming loose every once in a while. All I really meant was that the sort of disorientation some people complain about when watching Shakey Cam footage (a lot of people complained about this back when The Blair Witch Project hit) has absolutely nothing on real vertigo. The third and worst time it hit was while I was driving down the freeway. I ended up stopping to vomit and barely got outside of the car before it all came up. I ended up laying in a barren corn field for quite a bit while trying to perform the Epley maneuver without vomiting again. I'm just glad nobody tried stopping to help because I'm not sure I would have been able to explain that one without someone calling the cops thinking I was drunk.

My reflex is to agree with you but then I had a little bit of a think about everything Jerry Falwell has contributed to this world and do you know what fuck it, there is a guy who doesn't need to be alive, fuck him and everybody like him, I almost wish I was wrong about there being a hell just so he can be there sucking demon cock every single fucking day for all eternity.

It's less about who he was and more about a standard for basic decency that shouldn't come with exceptions. Celebrating the death of a human being is low, regardless of how evil and hateful that human being was towards others. Falwell's dead and buried, and it's sinking to his level to mark that as a happy thing.

I'm not wishing death upon anyone. I just think we're better off without him. Plus, saying that Christians think that way is pretty inaccurate blanket statement.
