There's a pattern to how the numbers will work:
Take any two digit number. For example, 28.
Subtract the second digit: you will get a multiple of ten. Here, 20
The first digit will be the number/10. We can call this digit X. Here x=2.
That makes your current number (the two digit number minus the second digit) 10x. (20 again)
Subtracting x from 10x yields 9x. (18)
All of the multiples of 9 are the same gift.

The last issue of Planetary was released three years after the issue before it so I'm pretty sure that's not going to be the case. I'm sure I read somewhere that he wanted to come back to it eventually as a limited series or something.

From what I've read on his blog recently he's going to be focusing on scripts and whatnots for his movies for the next year.

Somebody clearly has too much time on his/her hands.

I'm also surprised that there's a dot over DC.  We have the Nationals, which are not a major league team...

Yeah, but their record describes them as not really being in the major leagues.  They may play against major league teams, but they're not actually a major league team.

Yes, the UK's Traffic Signs Manual requires  that roadworks warning signs are placed at 200m intervals, and requires  that the signs contain indications in multiples of 200 yards.
