Nah man, buff muscle is all tough and hard to chew. That's why the flank steaks (shoulder meat, which cows have to use constantly just to stand, let alone walk) are used in small bits in meals like fajitas. You want tender muscle that isn't ever used, like the tenderloin.

Also, Bassist, you have a point, but that's why it's so valuable in some respects! It can be seasoned in a lot of different ways without the meat's taste fucking up what you're trying to accomplish with the seasonings. It provides excellent texture and can basically be molded into a lot of different tastes!

It's not because they're fat, it's because of far too much muscle growth. Definitely fucked the hell up.

Also, I very much doubt 18 months is the lifespan. I recall a few folks in my hometown having a few head of Belgian blue for cross breeding and they certainly had them for longer than 18 months. They require far too much feed and care to be worth keeping for only 18 months.

I also think that the English vocals don't have that same slightly operatic flow that the German ones did (yes, I i did just use "flow" to describe Rammstein being operatic).
