It would seem we will just have to agree to disagree on this.

I cut my own hair, have been for nearly three years. When your hair is curly it really doesn't matter because you can't tell if it's uneven anyways. And it saves me the $15 I would have to pay every few months to get my hair cut (it grows really really quickly).
