I don't remember them, but I will make some up.
Oli is Emilio's best friend and there is totally homoerotic tension and it is kind of an ambiguous relationship. Oli is also the British Guy who gets to say the cool stuff just so it sounds better in his accent. In one episode there are some hijinks where he wears a bedsheet like a toga because all his clothes are gone for some reason and ironic timing leads to suspicion that he is Jesus. Another episode features him as the host of a bitchin' party and alludes obscurely to him being Andrew WK.
Emilio is the token minority dude who occasionally gets care packages from his family back home (the most recent one contained a sombrero and a string of chiles with which to hang from his ceiling as decor). Everyone goes to him for advice and to talk, but he actually is really bad at advice-giving, and shenanigans always ensue.
John is Leonard Hofstadter from the Big Bang Theory crossed with Mitch Hedburg, so basically he wears yellow sunnies and tells one-liners that aren't actually jokes or punch-lines at all and are really just observations, and sometimes the timing is slightly awkward, but that is ok because we are pretty sure he is really smarter than everyone else and maybe a spy.
Jodie is the hot sort of punk chick that everyone has secret crushes on, but unfortunately she has an off-screen boyfriend, which creates Tension. She is foreign, which of course makes her even more attractive in everyone else's eyes. She is small enough to be blown away by a stiff breeze or packed into a suitcase. In one episode she convinces Katie to wear a dress.
Johnny C is slightly boisterous and is good at rolling with the punches. He wants to be everyone's friend and when there is internal strife he is the first to get confused. Occasionally he manages to get himself out of sticky situations by claiming mental deficiency by virtue of where he was born. He routinely finds images of Mary or Jesus or other recognisable deities in his food.
Katie is disdainful and cynical, with the driest sense of humour. She has designs to get into everyone's pants, and not necessarily at different times. Her hair tries to strangle Jodie in the first episode and it becomes a running gag. Jodie manages to get her into a dress, and Katie swears never to do it again (but she keeps the shoes).
Mai is the girly-girl, sultry and subtle and with great taste in clothes. Sometimes she gets funny looks from police because of her heritage, but she always gets out of it by smiling and pretending to be European and handing them one of six passports. She and Jodie hook up in the season finale.
