Late on the topic and all but Yelling birds "creative us of language" is of the Pick from column A and from column B variety, where A is a small fixed list and B is whatever words came to mind at the time and even then they are pretty tame.

I personally laud the invective from Grrl Power's protagonist Halo aka Sydney Scoville, Jr., as truly being creative in any sense or nonsense meaning of the word creative, all while using mostly words from the English language.
ie : [censored] Ferret Balls, Holy Space Lama, FUS-ROH-DAH {oh wait, thats hunger pains} BADGERS!!!! {censoredcensoredcensoredcensoredcensoredcensoredcensoredcensored}
