What should Gareth do in Amsterdam in August?

I was planning on getting stoned off my ass as well in fairness, but that was more for the evenings than the days. I was hoping BeoPuppy would know the rules for tourists for such things.

I really liked the van Gogh museum. Also, just strolling around the city is nice. They have CANALS. CANALS, dammit.

Also, getting stoned off your ass is nice as well.

I might, and I have to stress the might part, be able to meet up with you there, depending on the exact date, my financial situation at that point and whether or not I find a payble option to get there.
