So where is Angus?

Hi all, long time reader, first time poster.

Today's comic got me thinking: Where is Angus?

I know, he went to NYC and that caused Faye's spiral, etc.

But where is he?  What does he know?

Even if he did decide to not contact her again, wouldn't someone have told him?  Marten?  Angus did love Faye and was close to her for sometime (unclear how long in real/comic time), so wouldn't Marten or someone have called him when she was in the hospital?

Even if not, has he not been in contact with Marigold since he left?  They were roomates and friends and as I recall, he had known her for years.  Wouldn't she have mentioned it to him or he asked about Faye?

Did he just sever all ties to his old life?

Just seems to be a bit odd that he's completley vanished here to that level.  Didn't seem in character for him or for the others to not let him know anything.

Thoughts?

And apologies if this has already been discussed, not in the forums much so may have missed it if so.

It IS possible that he hasn't had any contact with the cast at all. Or that he didn't get to know any of this until things started to look fairly stable for Faye, and reacting to it then might have been too awkward. I don't think it's strange at all that Angus hasn't shown up.

After Steven Coldbear quit the Bear Report to spend more time with major-network viewers, the McPhee Report was launched in the timeslot immediately after the Nightly Show.

Or Angus could be a homeless junkie on the streets of New York. We just have no way of knowing at this point.

This is what I picture:

He knows he kind of burned his bridges with Faye and if things DID NOT go well with his opportunity he basically gave up everything for working in a 7-11 (or is it 8-12 in the QC 'verse?) in NYC.

But, if things did go well you just know that Faye is going to be channel surfing and see him and.....
