I'd love a gig with no booze, I get sick and tired of having beer thrown over my. Water is fine, it's cooling, but the beer that gets thrown around just turns into a sticky mess. Sticky floors suck for pits.

I am actually quite jealous of that, as I love Brett Anderson, and I missed the Tears when they did an instore down here about a month ago...

Oooh, and I think the reason last night's gig was booze free was because it was all ages, and if people aren't old enough to be discerning about their music by liking bands like A, then they're probably not old enough to drink, but that's just my hidious inner music snob breaking out again. I can talk - I like worse bands than that now.

But...I still have a soft spot for MCR, so make of that what you will.
It's weird, I bumped into a load of friends who were incredulous about me being at the gig, loudly proclaiming 'Wow, you've started liking good music!'
I had to explain that I was there under duress, for the sole purpose of reviewing it and had no desire to, y'know, enjoy the gig or anything...
