a friend of mine was at a Manowar show, which I unfortunately could not afford to attend, but I'd like to share something really awesome he quoted from the show:
At one point, Joey was giving a speech, and some woman was screaming in the audience. He pointed at her, and said, "Hey, if you don't shut up, I'm going to fuck you in the ass." At which point, she screamed back, "Yes, fuck me!" and he responded with, "No. Because that man standing next to you is your boyfriend, and he's my brother of metal. I saw Porcupine Tree last night with That 1 Guy and The Magic Pipe. He was a much better preformer than Porcupine Tree. He played a cowboy boot. The guy with the really fuzzy hair was neato nonetheless. We clapped for a really long time in unison, and with our collective powers compelled them to play two more songs. Yay says I.

is roman still in that band? is he still in spoon also (i saw spoon on sunday for like ten minutes, realized i still hate the hell out of them and left)?
