Thanks, revenge therapist for the whereabouts of the live version of Gimme The Car. Are there any of "Ugly" or "Country Death Song"?

There's a very entertaining live version of "Country Death Song", complete with audience interaction (in what sounds like a very small club) on the deluxe edition of the self-titled.  There's a whole second C.D. in that edition which is just live tracks, most of them apparently previously unreleased.
