Black Sabbath as the best metal ever? shit no. What about the millions of vastly different metal bands? There's really no way to categorize it down to one band; Black metal or death metal? Thrash metal or Prog Metal? You can't really compare between them; at all. What about Sabbat, Finntroll, Skyclad, old Dimmu, Dream THeater (at times), Iron fucking Maiden, the Coil, Motorhead, S.O.D., Bal Sagoth, Crotchduster, Manowar, ...And Oceans, Aryeon, Wuthering Heights, Edge of Sanity?

I was also pretty surprised by the inclusion of Echo and the Bunnymen.
