Psychobilly, heavy djungle, acid jazz and ska? Need tips!
La Creme:
SKAAAAAAAAAAA-COOOOOOOORRRRREEEEEEE!!!!!
Leftover Crack are ska-core, pure and simple.
KharBevNor:
They're seriously not. Because I mean, adding a 'core' suffix tends to suggest to one that you're looking at a melding of 'ska' and 'core'. Leftover Crack, however, are clearly influenced most massively by second wave black metal in their vocals, riffing, aesthetics etc. Indeed, some songs (Operation MOVE and The Good, The Bad and The Leftover Crack come to mind) almost sound like total BM. Now, of course, BM was influenced by hardcore, which may be obscuring the sound to my ears, and I do hear a dash of Sick of It All in some songs. But seriously, it's not 'just' ska-core.
