Seeing as the vast majority of the music in my favorite genre (post-rock) is instrumental, I might as well just transcribe the entire discographies of godspeed you! black emperor, set fire to flames, A Silver Mt. Zion, Do Make Say Think, Explosions in the Sky, etc., etc.

I love Pavement, but do yourself a favour (if you haven't already) and check out the tune from which they drew inspiration for this number: "Take Five" by the Dave Brubeck Quartet, from the 1959 album Time Out.  It's a jazz classic.
