For weirder electronica there is always Autechre, Aphex Twin and some Experimenta Audio Research.

I'd definitely add All Night Radio. Probably also Harmonic 33, Schneider TM and (to some degree) Mint Royale.  
Actually, this might be a good starter compilation to get your mitts on.  Hope it helps!

American Analog Set (although I guess they are like the postal service in the respect that they are pretty far away from house/techno)

Kraftwerk are meant to be good, although I haven't listened to them ever so I dunno fo' sure.
