Stravinsky's (arguably) most well-known composition is the ballet "Sacre du Printemps", or "The Rite of Spring" in English.  You can hear it in Disney's Fantasia during the history-of-Earth / dinosaur part.  Rites of Spring was a D.C. hardcore band in the mid 80s.

Huh.  Cool.  I have pretty much no knowledge in the genre of harcore.

Heh.  The sigh refers to (no offense) Kai's comment, which in my experience is funny in the same way as "I can't believe they made a PLAY out of that Romeo and Juliet movie!"

Of course, everyone's experience is different so I don't pass any judgement of musical taste and/or knowledge
