The Dandy Warhols - the band looked like they were drunk and high, the sound was sloppy and Courtney Taylor Taylor couldn't sing for shit.

REM were a slight letdown. I saw them last year and they played a greatest hits package and a few songs off their (terrible) latest record. I wanted at least a few lesser known songs, not just 'Everybody Hurts' and 'Losing My Religion', you know?

However, Bright Eyes supported REM, and he was fucking great.

Also Edan, at the Big Day Out a few days ago. He was having major sound problems and was getting kinda pissed off about it (understandably). Not really his fault but I was pretty disappointed so I left early. Apparently it got a lot better after I left.

I had a hell of a time at that show. It was freakin' amaaaaazing. and then afterwards, I found a lady's purse with like 100 dollars in it!


I also pawned her wedding ring.
