Three cds have been dominating my changer lately.
Unter Null's The Failure Epiphany - just freaking insane how good this is. It's rare that harsh ebm or anything that resembles terror ebm has a point or is inventive, but this is.
Psyclon Nine's INRI - for my mad-on moments. Really intense album and a lot of fun. They're new one, from what I've heard, called Crwn the Frnicatr, looks to be excellent as well.
Angelspit's Krankhaus - I really didn't care much for their first EP, but this release is excellent. Angry and funny and really balls out.
To Khar:
If you want to get into FLA, people will tell you to start with Tactical Neural Implant, which many consider to be their classic album(and it is a great one). I personally think they're doing more diverse things now, more challenging things. The synth on anything post Millenium is just so dense and layered, often with so many different things going on at once. They've also incorporated a lot of the sounds found in the side-projects like Delerium, Noise Unit and Conjur One into the mix with these later releases. The latest is no exception. Artificial Soldier is very, very good. Also, if you like your FLA angry, check out Decree. Another side project, but with more of a harsh, metal-ish bent to it.
