Yeah, red is command division. Those are basically TNG uniforms, although they're slightly wrong.

As for the batman picture, it's not a photoshop. There's three people involved: the photographer, the man central to the image and the sparkler operator (look at the colour of his shoes). The photographer has the camera on a tripod with a manual shutter control, that will stay open as long as he holds it down. The sparkler operator just has to move fast enough to not be picked up too much. Probably took a few shots but it's not necessarily a photoshop, except maybe the colours have been tweaked.

I assume it was made by a Nintendo partisan (hence the kids' show references). The Xbox has more games than any other current-gen console, and the PS3's got a decent selection. Remove the shovelware and the Wii's library is comparitively thin.
