It's a deeply frustrated comic with some histrionics attached but given the context I'm not about to dismiss it.
Yeah it's always struck me as deeply ironic how whenever feminist stuff comes up boys are all about shutting shit down until they're personally assured that they are not, never have been and will never be one of "those guys", ever. It's like they want a fuckin' ticker tape parade for doing the absolute minimum, which is not be a dickhead. So when they don't get that, they just go all limp like a kid who doesn't want to leave the arcade. 'cept you can't drag the fuckers into correct behavior.

I'm not dismissing the comic either, it just seems redundant seeing as Beaton did it in a far more nuanced and convincing manner, on Twitter no less!

P.S; I keep forgetting Wolverine is Canadian. Hells yeah.

I suppose for me some of the problem is that I suffer from some level of gender dysphoria (not that I want to be a woman, I just don't really want to be considered a man either). So when I feel like I'm getting lumped in with a bunch of other people because of what I happened to be born with downstairs, I get really pissed off.

I'm probably misusing the term gender dysphoria, but I haven't heard anything that describes it better.

Androgyne?
I don't really see myself as androgynous. I just don't like being categorized for the most part, and don't like the assumption that because my body is a certain way, my behavior should be a certain way. I don't fit a lot of the typical male gender roles, and have no desire to. I want to be thought of as me, not a bunch of ascribed statuses. Of course, by the time that happens, we'll have free robotic replacement chassis, and physical sex will become a relic.

It says that is a catch-all term, so it could be used, but I don't identify as that. More non-gendered. I don't see why I should be a certain way because of my body, especially not because some people I don't even know said people should behave this way and that way depending on plumbing.

An androgyne in terms of gender identity, is a person who does not fit cleanly into the typical masculine and feminine gender roles of their society. They may also use the term ambigender to describe themselves. Many androgynes identify as being mentally "between" woman and man, or as entirely genderless.

In that case, I suppose I could be categorized that way, but I don't identify as such. Androgyne takes its roots from the Greek roots for man and woman, suggesting a mix of the two. While it appears to be used differently now, I don't like the term because it suggests the wrong thing from common usage and the roots of the word.

goats on dam

dude I'm still amazed from when I went to Glacier National Park and I found out mountain goats don't simply walk on mountain trails like I always thought, they actually go straight up the side of sheer cliffs. They do that because grizzlies and cougars can't climb up after them. Pictures of mountain goats climbing look like bad photoshops of goats pasted onto a picture of a cliff.

For instance, that picture you posted looks just like goats at a salt lick (only, y'know, natural instead of artificial) which is probably what they're doing, licking salt off the rocks.
