Also, unpopular opinions: Jean Grey is extra-dumb.

A rose by any other name.

And still, she's always being tricked by these green dudes.* Doesn't the greater mind subdue the lesser one? Even more, shouldn't she be able to see right through a lie? Yet here we go again, getting the dame tricked to kill her friends. FOK OFF M9.

*Green dudes: Something a dude I follow on youtube (xChaseMoney) uses to address the randoms you're matched up with in Call of Duty.

Not in reality.  :-P

I like the idea of jean grey and the phoenix but once you make your character basically a god its hard to find actual challenges for them while maintaining the rest of the crew there too (who are not gods).

Your example of "non-overprocessed" food is McDonalds?  :psyduck:

I was surprised to find though, that when the grad students from the group we collaborate with in Brazil visited they insisted on eating at McDonald's. It's seen as stylish in Brazil. Which I guess explains why it's so expensive there. Seriously, I could go to a locally-owned place in Săo Carlos and get a much better burger for half the price of a Big Mac.

Well-played, but even then, I'd prefer it if the waterfowl stayed on the bottle.

The setup:

Evander Kane is a forward for the Winnipeg Jets of the National Hockey League. The Jets have been struggling as of late, as they are fighting to stay in playoff contention. Kane has been getting a lot of criticism for being "part of the problem, not part of the solution", as they say.

He has been a "healthy scratch" for the last few games - the coach, Paul Maurice, has opted to put other players in the 18-man lineup instead of him. Apparently, the most recent scratch was because, instead of wearing a suit to a mid-day team meeting, he wore a track suit.

And what, to my wondering eyes should appear, on my twitter timeline:

Quote
@Predalytics
It wasn't that Evander Kane wore a tracksuit. The issue is that it was velour and said JUICY on the butt in rhinestones.

That is so cool! It's like a rattlesnake looked at an anglerfish and thought "I could do that."

Here, have an overly dramatic documentary clip of this snake catching a bird.
