sjbrot:
A big "Hell yes!" to Jandek being remixed by Madlib.

If only.

KharBevNor:
I used to swear by the remixes you'd get on Rammstein singles, and Clawfingers remix of 'Du Hast' and the 'There Are No Guitar on this Remix' version of Mein Teil are still pretty classic. The remixes on the Amerika single were AWFUL though. As was Fear Factories remix album, Digital Connectivity. Only the 'Electro Ghetto' remix of Amerika is worse than the rape of Edgecrusher on that album.

As for decent remix albums I own, :wumpscut's: 'Dried Blood of Gomorrha' is great. The remix disc of Cradle of Filth's 'Live Bait For the Dead' CD is relatively respectable, though Cradle have some bloody cheap remixes (like the 'Stripped to the Bone' remix of 'Of Dark Blood and Fucking' which is just the original track minus the keys and most of the studio effects) That's it as far as albums. As far as other remixes, the Portishead remix of My Dying Bride's 'Grace Unhearing' is quite neat, though too sparse, and...that's about it.

Remixes, lol.

Intriguing!

KharBevNor:
Black Death [French Concept]
In the Night [Full Range Track]
Dying Culture [First Movement]
Untermensch [Adored Version]
Body Parts [Radio Edit]
Crucified Division [Desert Mixx]
Funeral Diner [Red Tape Version]
Turns off Pain [Recommended Version]
Dried Blood of Gomorrha [Radical Cut]

I recommend.

Gryff:
Bjork's remixed album is quite cool. Hmm.
