I wear huge amounts of eyeliner on a daily basis, I have quite pale skin, and I don't think it makes me look like a goofy wanna-be-zombie, but whatever.

I don't think blondes can look good with black liner if the rest of their eye makeup is just as dramatic. with a pale pink shadow, that shit don't fly. If they're doing the smokey evening thing, then it's fine.
Krina, for an everyday thing, I'd suggest doing a dark brown color line going from middle of the eye to the outside on both top and bottom. It will give the appearance of big eyes. Brown mascara to finish the look.
