I'm not sure whether that's sarcastic or genuine?

I wear (very, very) skinny jeans, not tights. I don't own a single pair of tights. I borrowed my ex-girlfriend's zebra-print ones to attend a Duran Duran reunion concert once but that's beside the point.

Also I think tights on ladies are fucking rad! Unless they happen to be leopard print, in which case the ladies wearing them still may be rad, but wearing shitty tights.

Leopard is good when you are a sexy/terrifying pin-up model chick. I don't have quite enough rockabilly badassery to not look like a shit-tard in it.

Guys I am thinking about getting a commisioned jacket (coat whatever you want to call it) done by one of my friends, its going to be sort of steampunky and I was wondering if anyone had anything similar to that general theme that I could see. Just so that if there are any cool bits on them I can go "oooh" and have them put on my coat.

can't help you josef but I have my own problem

I saw a girl wearing my ideal hoodie. it was NOT A ZIP UP but it had a KANGAROO POCKET and most importantly it was the perfect shade of MUSTARD YELLOW.

I've spent so much time looking for one like this online (it was plain and solid mustard, not like the AA mustard zip-ups) but I can't find it :[

i took my friend james to an american apparel for the first time a couple of days ago because he really liked a bunch of my clothes and i warned him that the store was basically a softcore porn factory. the nicest guy in the world spent the entire time gritting his teeth and balling his hands into fists on account at least half of the men's shirts he tried on were modelled not by men but by pantless ladies pulling the shirt down to barely cover their vagina and/or pulling it down so much their boobs practically popped out of the collar. fuck you, american apparel, that is not how you wear a goddamn shirt.

oh, for anyone who hates american apparel's ads but shops there anyway because they love their clothing (i can relate): there is a clothing company called alternative apparel which makes pretty much the exact same basic plain clothing as american apparel only without the naked and terrified-looking models and sleazy ceo.

Yeah but if I don't see emaciated women wearing the clothes first how will I know which clothes give me an erection and I should therefore buy.

Feminists are just trying to make shopping harder for men, while AA is just doing its proper job and making men harder for shopping.

actually while still kind of on the subject of AA: fashion advice thread ladies (and maybe men), where is a good place to buy plain ladies' boy briefs or boy shorts? this is pretty much the only kind of underwear i wear and right now i just buy my underwear from american apparel because they have what i'm looking for, but based on all the reasons i already posted about before i think i'd like to try giving my money to someone who isn't american apparel for once.

Figleaves always has some decent sales on underwear. I get mine in multi-packs from just regular clothing stores usually, but sometimes I buy them from figleaves. Just recently they had a 2-for-$5 sale on underoos.

And that doesn't make it okay to wear one open with nothing underneath. If it opens, it should have buttons so you can close it again. (My mother gave me a sweater that defies this rule and I have not worn it once.)
