live disappointments

Luke C:
I went to see The Starting Line. I hadn't heard an  of their stufff and from what Id been told about them I wasn't expecting much but they were a whoel lot of sucky.

Bumface:
PJ Harvey was ridiculously boring when I saw her.

The Breeders were slightly disappointing too, but still pretty good.

tweedyfarrar:
I saw the Richard Buckner and Anders Parker Tour in the summer of 2005.  Parker was okay, but Buckner the top billing was horrendous.  His records are awesome and full of really unique songs, but live he kept playing his twelve string and looping in on top of the six string and his lyrics were unintelligble , it was definetly a let down.  I was also unimpressed by both the Heartless Bastards and Modest Mouse.

Kai:

--- Quote from: DynamiteKid ---I wouldn't give a shit if the setlist was the same, but EVERY show they give the kid a guitar, EVERY show they fire the super soaker at the crowd, EVERY show he says 'whatever bastard's in power, be an individual!'
--- End quote ---

And now the irony kicks in.

Exactly.
